Do you really know what respect means? No really? Many people doesn't know it's real meaning.
Respect means to accept and have tolerance against other people. Whether you like them or not. I can say directly that I don't like some religions or people. And I'm very aware that some people doesn't like me or what I do and believe. But the keyword here is respect. I respect all kinds of religions and people even though I don't like them. Just because I have troubles with muslim women wearing a veil doesn't mean that I shout out bad names to them or treat them different from others. Respect is something even religious people have troubles with. Both receiving and giving. Some religious people preach for you and shove their religion right up your face. That's not respect. That's a threat. Religious people takes a lot of shit from atheist who just can't put themselves into their position and think outside the box. People who doesn't show respect doesn't get any. The only time I don't respect an other person is when this person doesn't show me respect. As long as the person is nice, there is no need for argument. THAT'S respect. Please tell me if you will use it ^^ |
